Our website uses a contact form for interacting with website visitors. We will keep the information provided through the form, only for the scope as of your specific communication and our response to it.
Newsletter
Urban Hydroponics sometimes sends newsletters about amateur hydroponics. By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent that Urban Hydroponics can retain your email address for the scope of sending future newsletters. No other personal data is retained, besides email address. Newsletter subscribers email addresses are only accessible to website administrators, never shared to any 3rd party. All newsletter members can unsubscribe anytime, using the unsubscription link in the newsletter.
Web access logs
Urban Hydroponics automatically collects log data and device information when you access and use its website. Collected information includes: Internet protocol (IP) addresses, date/time and url stamp. This information is accessed solely for the scope of debugging website issues. Who we share your data with
Your personal data are used for the scope defined in your specific communication only and are never shared with anyone outside Urban Hydroponics, unless we disclose information in response to a law enforcement request.
How long we retain your data
In Urban Hydroponics we retain newsletter subscribers personal data (name/email) for as long as they stay subscribed. Those personal data are deleted permanently upon unsubscribing from our newsletter. All newsletter subscribers can view, edit, or delete their personal data, anytime, using the link in newsletter welcome email. Website administrators can also view and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have submitted personal data through the contact form or newsletter subscription form, you can request a copy or edit of that, anytime. You can also request to purge your data completely. This does not include data we’re required to retain by law.
How we protect your data
Urban Hydroponics takes all appropriate technical measures to protect your personal data. Access to any personal data is restricted to website administrators.
As far as the website is concerned, we use exclusively secure connections (https) to encrypt the communication for visitors. We also make use of all data security measures implemented by our hosting provider.
